« Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2024. We will definitely be returning! The house was immaculatley clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great. « The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. »

« Our stay at the house on the water was quiet and enjoyable. We got to see manatees right off the property seawall. Also got to see otters from the property. Kayaks available enabled us to see Emu Island and more manatees. Joanne was a great host and also interesting to ask questions to about the history of the area. We would definitely like to return for another stay to the house on the water! »
