The grill and fireplace are propane with pilot lights just to share. We used the grill easily. Kitchen was perfect - we ate all but one of our meals in the cabin. Our daughter LOVED the hot tub. We were easily able to log into our streaming stuff on the Roku TV. Wifi worked great. Provided puzzles/games were a nice touch. The pull out futon couch bed was uncomfortable for our daughter (mattress is a very thin foam-ish piece) - I would bring an air mattress but would definitely stay again. The living space was plenty big - we assembled our dog's travel crate easily in that space with plenty of room for our family to hang out. The living room had two blankets and the bedroom had one extra blanket. We found it very walkable to town. It is a steep incline coming back to the cabin from town just a heads up for other guests. We liked walking down the river best and it was an easy walk there. We loved breakfast at Dottie's.
