  • Welcome to our Premier condo in Helen right on the River! Our beautifully decorated, cozy home was just painted throughout & we have installed a new modular sofa bed, updated the bar stools and hanging cafe lights on the deck. Our home is an impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is your perfect getaway. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 in the living room. It is Nestled in the heart of the charming Bavarian town of Helen, GA, We also installed a noise machine and magnetic phone charger in each of the suites for those that want or need the sounds for a great nights sleep. You’ll be just a short stroll away from delightful shops, delicious restaurants, the thrilling mountain coaster, and fun tubing adventures. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from breathtaking hiking trails and waterfalls. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s trout fishing just 50 feet from your doorstep. Come and experience the magic of River life! We have so many fun activities in Helen, there are now  indoor Pickle Ball courts on Escowee Drive. there is Yonah Mountain, Jumping goat cafe and winery, zip lining, tubing, fishing, Horseback riding, and you can even pet a capybara at the capybara cafe to mingle with the little rascals. There is fun for everyone!

Very clean, spacious rental. Comfy beds. Very nice screened in porch with plenty of seating. Owners very welcoming and helpful. I would give a 10/10 and will definitely be renting again! One of the best rentals I have been to in Helen!

We stayed the last week of June. It was a great time!! We were able to park and walk most of our stay! The part of the river behind was deep enough swim. Def being beach towel we didn’t see any in the unit but had some which we used there and at the waters creek falls. The back porch is perfect to watch everyone coming down the river. It is a lower level unit so you can hear guest upstairs walking around but we would still stay again. Thankfully we went tubing and on the mountain coaster during the week as the weekends gets very busy.

Our stay was wonderful at this condo. The location to town was short. Unit was stocked with everything you would need. We loved the covered parking, watching tubers and sitting area under the covered parking. Will book again.

The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to everything and didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. It was clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The view of the river was awesome. Would love to come back when it’s warm enough so we can float down it!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The location was excellent very close to all the shops & places to eat in Helen but still very quiet. The river in the backyard you could hear from the screen porch was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Helen.

The location was perfect. Communication was very fast. We loved looking out at the river in the mornings. It was very nice to have a designated parking space in a busy area where you have to pay to park in public parking. We don’t always love the bed where we stay, but we loved this one! It was so comfortable and we didn’t wake up with achy backs or necks. A lovely stay for sure!

We loved our stay at River Life! It was a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere with our two babies in the stroller and leave our car at the property which saved us from having to get in and out and pay for parking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious and the screened in porch with the river view was perfect for our little crew to hang out on and enjoy. We loved walking to the playground to get our energy out and it is just a short stroll from the property. We will definitely stay again!
