It was just what we were looking for! The fenced in yard was a plus and now a must!! The location was ideal, a small wooded area with quiet neighboring homes. Air unit and hot tub worked great. The hosts were very helpful as well. The only downside was there was no pullout sofa as listed so our two daughters had to sleep on the coach together which was not comfortable. It is a great cabin and very clean. It had everything you need to stay. Location is very close to Helen. Just a few suggestions: you need some racks in the bedroom closet for hanging clothes, a shelf in the shower and you may want to redirect the AC drain on the back porch. The water could cause algae and be a slip hazard. Like new, clean and had everything we could ask for.
