We enjoyed our stay in this property. The location is very convenient since the train stop is right across the street. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful. Whenever we are visiting Heidelberg we are definitely staying here. Frühstück ist sehr lecker! Highly recommend!!!

The staff were extremely helpful. It's right across the street from the train stop, and a straight shot on the train into the main tourist areas. The neighborhood was my favorite part, though. It was just a lovely and quiet area with some really good food and a great ice cream shop nearby.

The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and very quiet. We were able to easily park our car, even though the lot was small. Good restaurants nearby, and the breakfast provided by the host was great! I'd stay again.

The room was an accommodating size, not Al by European sizes. Simple but had everything needed. The bedding made the room look very high end. It was very comfortable. They had a wonderful restaurant that was very German looking but the food was Mediterranean. Very affordable compared to same amount in the U.S. and very good. Very convenient if too tired to go out. Train was right outside the hotel and took you to all the activities in city center. Very easy.

Super bra service. God frukost och flexibel personal. Väldigt enkelt att ta sig in till stadskärnan med spårvagnen. Stora spatiösa rum med fin balkong. Bra bastu och relax. Vi var på genomresa mot Italien och stannade 24h för att se Heidelberg.
