Ikke langt fra den gamle bydel, i et hyggeligt kvarter med gode muligheder for mad og mindre indkøb. Værelset har et lille køkken, som fungerer fint til morgenmad. Har de fleste ting. Parkering muligt. Dog skal det bestilles i forvejen. I covid-19 tiden er der ingen reception eller morgenmad. Es gab eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und sogar an eine Kaffeemachine mit Pads war gedacht worden. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir bequeme Einmalhausschuhe bekommen haben :) Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Die Teilchen kamen frisch vom Bäcker und waren super lecker. Ich glaube das war bisher meine beste Hotelerfahrung und wir werden sicher wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in Heidelberg sind. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt und wirklich sehr sauber! Alle Angestellten waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Etwas kleiner Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Häusern.. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Nebenhaus und mussten zum Frühstück rüber gehen. Es fängt an der Rezeption an: Wir wurden in ein anderes Haus umgebucht das keinen Aufzug hat - meine Mitreisende war 82 und der nette Herr an der Rezeption meinte nur lapidar: Es gibt keinen und fertig. Achja - Stornieren könnte ich nicht mehr und dann war er auch fertig. Na vielen Dank. Also Rüber zu dem anderen Haus und ab in die 1\. und 2 Etage. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht Identisch mit den Fotos und die Einrichtung war eher spärlich bis billig und wenn schon Pech dann richtig: Herd und Tisch waren Dreckig und ungepflegt. Aber kochen wollten wir nicht also doch etwas Glück gehabt. Obwohl frisch renoviert ist das Haus sehr hellhörig so das man am Spass der Nachbarn nachts um 2 Uhr sehr lebhaft teilhaben kann. Den lauten Kühlschrank kann man zum Glück abschalten mit den o.g. Nachbarn geht das leider nicht. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls frisch renoviert und sind das beste am Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr speziell und einfach. Keine Brötchen, Brot, Aufschnitt oder ähnliches dafür aber 14 Sitzplätze bei 74 Apartments. Mit Glück bekommt man einen Sitzplatz - oder man steht halt. Die bereitgestellten Croisouns und der Kaffee waren von der gleichen Qualität wie die Apartments. Naja - zumindestens beleiben Sie hier Ihrem Konzept treu. Ich hätte gerne mal ein Zimmer von den Fotos gesehen - aber das werde ich nicht nochmal versuchen.
