The space
The perfect location to enjoy everything beautiful North Idaho has to offer. You won’t find a better property! Enjoy watching the deer through the game spotter. Go for a paddle on the tandem kayak (provided). Enjoy three spacious bedrooms—one king-bed master suite with large private bathroom, two queens with large shared bath. Couch in rec room turns into a big, comfortable bed as well (kids love it!). Upstairs great room with fireplace, downstairs rec room with fireplace. Large decks to enjoy the outdoors. Modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Very close to Hayden Lake’s Sportsman’s Access, hiking at English Point, and Silverwood theme park. World-class ski resorts within 45 mins in any direction. 20 mins to downtown Coeur d’Alene, 10 mins to Hayden and fantastic restaurants. In the heart of nature (deer and wild turkeys guaranteed) but close to everything!
Guest access
Ample parking onsite, plenty of room for RV. Full access to the entire home, including the washer and dryer. All roads paved and plowed.
Other things to note
Sportsman’s Access boat launch on Hayden Lake is less than a mile away. Fishing, waterskiing, paddle boarding, or take your boat and cooler out to the sandbar and hang like a local. Cyclists - the 22 mile loop around Hayden Lake is one of the most beautiful rides you’ll ever take (just ask the CDA Iron Man participants).
