« Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and lovely & clean. When we did stay it was a very hot weekend where the room was hot, would of been nice if there was a fan in the room that we could of used. Free parking which is an added bonus. Only short walk into Colchesters main town. Would recommend to anyone. »

« There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

« This was a great location for all my adventures from Colchester to Sutton Hoo to Bury St Edmund to East Bergholt to RSPB Minsmere. Not to mention the near by marina and restaurant and pub scene. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The apartment was the perfect jumping off place and the perfect place to return at the end of each day. »

« Perfect little place to visit and switch off. Sat outside with a cuppa at 8am on a Saturday morning with only the sun and the burd song for company was bliss. Recommendation of The Green Man pub for an evening meal was well received as the food was amazing with large portions of locally caught fish. This little gem of a place may seem like its in the midfdle of nowhere, but sometimes, that's just what you need in life! »
