"Very Nice looking hotel from outside very prestigious untill you get inside notices stuck all over entrance door very limited parking avalible. On going up to room on 1st floor Room 105 the was a smell of dampness. On entering room door had to be pushed shut or it would not close have to check everytime you leave room door is closed. Heating was next to useless and sink taps where on the wrong way round cold is Hot and Hot is cold my wife nearly burnt her hands. Breakfast is nice but had to keep asking for things to be restocked."

"Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "

"Awful dirty shower no toiletries no duvet cover on tne duvet no pillow cover no lamps and no curtains up just blinds lots shouting arguing and commotion out side our door uncomfortable bed avoid at all cost "

"Didn't see any staff during the 4 night stay.The car park is very small so definitely first come first served, I didn't get to park there at all during my stay. There is free parking across the road between 6pm and 8am. It doesn’t have a hotel feel at all, more of a house share . "

"Had to leave and book somewhere else. Room was cold, no heating, dirty, smelly. No hotel staff and didnt even get a key to the room. I am now chasing a refund. Do NOT stay at this hotel. "
