« In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. « On a short break in Hartlepool with family. The Grand is 'grand' a stylish property probably more than 100 years old- carpeted rooms- confortable bed-high ceiling- modern bathroom-(good water pressure)- decent included breakfast- very friendly staff. Nothing really special BUT for this price it is value for money in he UK. »

« Although it was an old building you could tell they have beem refurbished it. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were brilliant from start to finish. The room was a little small but had everything you need even a hairdryer. Would love to come back and I'm sure we shall. »
