Hotel room was huge. Close to everything we needed.

I really wanted to be happy with this hotel when I saw it and I booked it with my family, but it kind of disappointed me when I got there. New hotel and all I was expecting something better but not really. When we got there, there are only one side of elevators making the walk with carts full of luggage a mission, if your room is on the other side of the elevators like ours was. As soon as we walked in our bunk bed suite no door! it was nice and a modern room but the first thing I notice, a refrigerator but no microwave!!! Make that make sense like even motels have microwaves. I have a baby and i solely depend on one for her bottle and food. That was terrible, and I really forgot to read that part in the hotel details when I booked it. How theres a fridge but no microwave. I also don't agree that it has only one washer and one dryer for that entire floor, mind you it's a big long floor. The laundry room has access only with your hotel card and it closes at 10pm, I have no idea why, they charge you the wash and dry to your card on file but never figured out how much that was gonna be. There was a horrible smell in the laundry room in the 3rd floor because people just throw stuff there and im guessing they're not cleaning it often. The pools were ok, I liked them but for a hotel that big they could of made more pools or bigger pools, thats just my opinion, also for the price you pay breakfast or a breakfast deal should of been included or offered. Overall just ok. not goin back
