The overall experience was great. Maria at check in was exceptionally kind as well as the young lady who checked me out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, room was spacious with large fridge and microwave. The breakfast in the morning contained plenty of choices from waffles and sausage to cold and hot cereal. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Large TV, soft beds, very modern and clean. Good size refrigerator. Nice bathroom, grab bar for shower. And non slip bumps on tub floor. Friendly desk girl, free breakfast

A bit noisy with all the truck traffic right out front of the building. Wanted a copy of my receipt for the visit. But, desk clerk unable to give me one because I purchased via third party(Orbitz). However, I opted at booking to pay at the property not pay ahead. So, I should have been given a an invoice receipt for my visit but didn’t.

My only complaint was that the indoor pool was quite chilly. Everything else was excellent. Staff was great. Everything was very clean.

The staff is friendly. April Wilson, the manager is excellent. The breakfast is good and the pool water is amazingly warm. The only "negative" is the bed height. The top of the bed is nearly 3' off the floor. Management has put a small step stool in the rooms for shorter individuals to get on the bed. My wife is about 5' and had to use the step stool.

Very clean. The heating system and ventilation are old. Very loud continuous vent fan in bathroom. Had to keep door closed all the time. When heat was on fan very loud woke up every time it engaged. Slept very little.

Great choice
Great location, newly renovated, don't let outside determine your choice! Comfortable, clean great hot breakfast. On busy road but a/c fan provides white noise. Enjoyable stay!

We are very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. I remember speaking to you as you left, and the only thing you complained about was noise that kept you awake. I was in the hotel the entire evening, and could have easily assisted had you merely contacted the front desk. I trust you found your accommodations acceptable, as you made no complaints about the room or amenities. We are very sorry you were not able to sleep, and explain once again that both James Madison University and Bridgewater College had their homecoming festivities in town the evening you stayed with us. While we received no other noise complaints, please know we would have been very happy to assist had you brought the matter to our attention prior to check out.

The room was nice and clean and well stocked. The breakfast was really good for a complementary breakfast. Not just pastries. The waffles were really amazing! Stayed on the first floor and it was pretty quiet. The only complaint is the noise that comes from surrounding rooms when they would turn on their showers. Also wish there had been an exhaust fan in bathroom. Other than that very pleased with stay.
