Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The pool not quite 28-30 degrees outside but still pretty good temperature. Not a fancy spa by any means but okay. Rooms are fine and quiet, green area around the hotel, food reasonably good.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.

Cozy, old styled hotel. Room was big, went for comfort room. We did have a view of the garden, heard some birds. Overall a comfy, nice stay. Breakfast was decent, assortment of bread and other stuff. Good bacon Simple but good. Its possible to park in the street around the block, by using EasyPark app. Paid approx €10 for overnight parking.

I do not recommend

We went to this hotel for the jacuzzi and the pool. The pool was cold and very shallow. And the jacuzzi didn't work at all. The sauna wasn't hot enough. The bed was made of two parts. If you sleep next to your husband, you can't. You have to sleep on one half together because there's a cliff in the middle. The view from the window is into the bushes. We didn't like it. The food is okay.

A bit dissapointed

Wo booked 2 nights with different providers.After the first night we get a call from reception and we are scolded that we did not check out. A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building.At the check in we made it clear that we have 2 different reservations and they said everything its ok .We did not know and expect to change rooms. Anyway we expected a professional approach in solving the issue and a more professional front desk worker.

Considering what you pay you have some expectations. If it were not for the SPA/Pool area it was not 4 star in my point of view. The rooms that were rented lacked service. Tv hanging wrong on the wall. A hair dryer was kaput in one room. Many rooms had transparent curtains and was still rented out like nothing. In some rooms there are carpets. Which seems to keeps tufts of hair from prior renters that is quiet nasty for a 4 start hotel. the carpet havent been changed last 15 years since last visit there. My first visit was start struck and well deserved 4 star almost 5. But something have changed in the last 15 years. There are major concern about lack of maintenance, knowing from what it had been to what is now. To put it simply My expectation was 4 star and i picked it from prior experience. But was let down by the maintenance. Had I known it had changed to this I would done another hotel 4 or 5 star even if had cost more. This said I checked out a day early even it was payed for.

Rigtig godt ophold, dog var der alt for lange køer ved indtjek og der var kun 2 til at tage imod så mange mennesker, det var synd for dem i receptionen og for os som ventede. Derudover må man sige at receptionisten mandag aften var helt fantastisk kom ned og hjalp med noget teknik på det ene værelset hvor tv drillede, så 1000 stjerner til ham. Der burde være håndklæder og badekåber uden ekstra betaling, man kan jo ikke suse rundt på hotellet i badetøj. Mad og service god nok men måske ikke så godt med buffet hver aften.
