We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. "beds are kind of small for two people, fortunately i was by myself, a chair broke and was never repaired despite reporting it two times i was a week and room was never cleaned, run out of toilet paper, over all ok nice view…"

"Good property, good for solo travellers and better than a hostel. Cleanliness was good as well. Only thing was a towel had some (washed) hair stuck to it, and the desk was a bit dated with marks on it but these are minor things. The lady who worked at reception during day time was very nice! Tube is 1-2 min away but unfortunately you could hear it when the window was open, although that didn’t bother me. "

"The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. "

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "
