This condo features 1000 sq ft of remodeled living space. 1st floor although there are 6 steps down to enter condo. Comfortably sleeps 6. Upon entering the condo, the open concept kitchen-dining-living room space is perfect for family gatherings. Stream your favorite movie or show. Choose from the variety of board games or cards. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace with 2 recliners. Fully stocked kitchen providing coffee supplies as well as spices for cooking. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying your favorite coffee while surrounded by nature. The condo offers a large master suite with new en suite with walk in shower and 2 person jacuzzi.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.
Washer and dryer located inside the condo and detergent supplied.

Enjoy all Trout Creek Resort amenities located on resort property. Tennis/pickleball/Playground/fishing. Conference center Indoor/outdoor Pool/Hot tub open 9a-9p. Please note it will be closed for renovation starting 9/2/25 and reopen May 2026. Fitness Center pool/hot tub/sauna open all year round 8a-10p.


There is a one car garage with racks for ski storage. 3 extra parking spaces in the lot. There is an overflow parking lot down the street.

We warmly welcome our four legged friends(dogs only) for a nominal fee. Waste bags provided.

Very clean and comfortable home. Host was extremely concerned with making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home was extremely clean and well stocked. The space was extremely clean with washer and dryer in the unit. The property has wonderful amenities for the whole family. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool and my dogs and I enjoyed the trails and easy walking.

Beautiful property! We would stay here again as it’s an end condo and very private. Terrific location between Nubs Nob and Highland ski resorts.Condo is very comfortable and updated.

Perfect home base for up north exploration

My husband and I had a wonderful time skiing at the Highlands and exploring harbor springs and Petoskey. The condo was very comfortable and so perfectly located. The beds and furniture are all in very good condition and and cozy.

Lovely vacation home

Wonderful trip

Wonderful trip! Weather was beautiful and love the Harbor Springs area. The condo was excellent! Updated and very clean, with beautiful view of nature. Will definitely stay again at this property.

Clean, amenity-filled Northern retreat

Excellent experience staying at Trout Creek condos for a local wedding. Unit was clean, with plenty of amenities and beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with great coffee maker. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect spot for ski weekend

Took the family to Harbor Springs to ski Nubs Nob. Yvonne made checking in easy and the Trout Creek property was everything we thought. Clean, close to hill, shuttle was easy, fitness center…everything was excellent. Thanks

Bike Park Getaway

This was a great place to stay for opening weekend at the Highlands bike park. Close enough to the bike park to bike if needed and the garage made for a convenient and safe bike storage area without having to lug bikes upstairs or into a building or secure on a patio. The spacious apartment was perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider it again for future trips up north.

Location and comfort

We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfectly placed between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The living area was cozy. Open concept in the kitchen to the living room was perfect for my family. Also with teenagers, it was great to have two bathrooms. Outdoor patio space was very enjoyable to sit at night. Pool and Jacuzzi at clubhouse was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend booking and coming to stay whether it be in summer or ski season, It also looks like they have shuttles to nubs Knob, we haven’t been up in the winter, but will be considering coming back and staying during ski season . Condo also has a two person Jacuzzi tub which was clean and the Jets were well-maintained. Check-in was easy and communication was on point. Condo was also well stocked with basic needs for cooking, including spices And a coffee pot with a Kuerig Big must have for me. I love my coffee in the morning and at night so making solo cups is preferred!!!

Everything about this property was great. The decor was modern and all of the rooms were a really nice size. The location of 5 min away from Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands for downhill skiing was fantastic. And the on-premise snowshoe trails were beautiful and well marked. When we had an issue with a car being stuck in the ice/snow in the parking lot, the host was very quick to get us help from the resort maintenance staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Boyne Golf Trip

Condo was great, very clean and updated. Less than 2 minutes to Boyne Golf Courses, Boyne Highlands, and Nubs Nob is very convenient. Nice that they allow for you to bring your pet without an exorbitant fee.

Great Condo!

We stayed here for a week while skiing at Boyne Highlands. This was a wonderful condo. It had everything we needed and the whole family enjoyed spending time here. We will be back.

Great stay up in Harbor Springs

Beautiful property, easy to find and check in was a breeze. It's 15 minutes outside of Petoskey and 15 minutes outside of Harbor Springs. Quiet and remote but still close to alot of attractions and fun. Definitely will be renting again whenever we go into the area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Trout Creek is a great location to ski both Nub's and Highlands. This unit was perfect, and the owners were very easy to communicate with.
