### Cozy Apartment Near Nancy and Lunéville with Private Garden and Free Parking

Gîte on the 1st floor of an independent house, ideally located 15 km from Nancy and Lunéville and close to Saint-Nicolas-de-Port.  
  
1 hour from Metz and less than 2 hours from the Vosges slopes, Strasbourg, Verdun and Colmar, you can discover all the historical and natural riches of the region. Living room of 33 m² with equipped kitchen area. 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom, separate WC.  
  
WiFi internet access. No smoking in the gîte.  
Private garden of 100 m² with access to a large wooded park.  
Linens provided. Electric heating, price all charges included. The cleaning fee is obligatorily billed for professional stays at the rate of €60.  
  
Parking prohibited in the courtyard of the cottage during the stay, free public parking in front of the entrance to the property with a fresh bread distributor nearby.  
The ground floor of the house welcomes after-school children.  
Preferential rate for residents of Haraucourt.  
You will be welcomed at the gîte by Mrs MEAUX \[hidden\]).  
In the event of a problem, you can also contact Ms. Fourcaulx on \[hidden\].  
  
A key box is available in front of the entrance. The code for the key box will be given to you upon checkout.
