She then escalated the matter to her superior, a heavily built man who was courteous and apologetic. He promised to relay the matter to the hotel manager who was away on the morning i checked out. I know things are a bit hard at home lately but we expected better..cockroaches..dirty toilet basin and the general cleanliness was not up to standard. Only 1 container of bottled water for a couple with a baby? No calls to confirm if all was fine in our room..no room service??
