The family suite we were in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, fridge, TV screens, a safe..etc. The free breakfast buffet was decent however the pho (beef noodle soup) was excellent! The staff did their best with what they had. During breakfast service, there was an unfortunate exchange with a family of guests from a south Asian country. The husband said he was from said country and that they would like the eggs made the way they eat it in their country. He proceeded to insist that his wife show the cook how to properly prepare the eggs and the staff were VERY patient even though the cooks were definitely not in the wrong! The same family also wanted the pho to have the spices that they are used to in their own country. Again the staff was patient and accommodating to this family. Our least favorite thing about our stay was the bathroom. the bathroom was not exactly clean and modern. The light fixtures in the bathroom had bugs inside, lots of black silhouettes of the bugs.
