The service here is excellent! They help me schedule my airport transfers and a trip to her long bay. They gave me great recommendations about where to go to eat and shop. The breakfast is delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. ハノイでは、タクシーがらみのトラブル（道がわからない、時間通りに来ないなど）が多いそうです。スカイラインホテルは口コミどおり驚くような路地に存在しますが、スタッフは皆親切です。室内はきれいに掃除されていて、とても静かでよく眠れます。朝食は同系列のボナセラコジーホテルで提供されるらしく、スカイラインホテルのスタッフが同行してくれました。ハノイの旧市街は迷路のようで、超方向音痴の私が１人でホテルまで戻れるか心配でしたが、今度はボナセラのスタッフが同行してくれて大感激です。ハロン湾からスカイラインホテルに戻ったら、エアコンが故障しているということで、前述のボナセラコジーホテルに追加料金なしで宿泊することになりました。今まで色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、両ホテルのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。ナイトマーケット、コンサート、レストランなどの情報や滞在中の注意事項など詳しく教えてくれました。大手ホテルにないホスピタリティーがここにはあります。ハノイへの一人旅や節約旅行を計画している貴方、ぜひスカイラインホテル・ボナセラコジーホテルをお選びください。You will never regret it!
