The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety from Chicken Pho, omelets, continental breakfast, etc. So definitely no worries there to start your day off well.
