Big locker, fast wifi throughout the building, ample washrooms. I'd like to compliment the cleanliness of this place. The cleaners clean the washrooms twice a day. Privacy curtains are replaced too! 6 choices of breakfast + excellent coffee. Elevator. The hostel has a dedicated parking area for bikes & bicycle. Best of all, the aircond is centralise, lights are on timer. The beds were clean and the rooms were cool and nice. The hostel is at a great location, just a walk from all the partying but on a quiet street. The only thing for me was that their tours were kinda pricy compared to other places. But very good overall. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made the athmosphere of the property. Tons of international travelers were staying there and the hostel provided many amenities such as free beer for happy hour and a great breakfast menu! They also offer a complementary walking tour through the city where the locals show us their favorite spots in the city. However, horrible experience if you need to catch some sleep before an early Ha Long bay tour. Female dorm is located directly under pool table on 6th floor so people were jumping and screaming just above my bunk bed (Monday night). I usually don’t mind a little bit of noice and always keep my ear plugs close by (it is a hostel after all) but this is the worst I experienced during my 2 months in SE Asia. I had a tour pick up at 7.00am so at 00.30am I asked reception if they could tell people to at least stop jumping and screaming. Receptionist said he knew about the problem already and would tell them. I went back to bed and nothing happend, besides that they now started to play really loud music. At 1.15am I went down to reception again and had to ask if they at least could lower the music. Music stoped at \~1.30am giving me about 4 hours of sleep before the tour. Perhaps this place is perfect if you look for a party hostel. The hostel was opened just a week before I checked in. Hostel was extremely clean and the staff was really friendly. I also had a chat with the hostel owner, who made sure that I am comfortable. The breakfast provided was really good, much better than what you would get at hotels. It is located in the old quarter within walking distance from most of the tourist places and nice eateries.
