The apartment is not large but enough for personal long stay and the room is clean. on thing you should note is it is better to stay upper floor because lower floor is bit noizy with karaoke at the building beside.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、ハートフルで、心の籠ったサービスを頂きました。 ハノイ日本人街の中心近くに在り、利便性も抜群です。キッチン・洗濯&乾燥機も個室内に設置してあり、大変に有難い。　 建物は古いですが、毎日の清掃も行き届いて おり とても清潔です。 ハノイ滞在には、素晴らしいホテルだと思いお勧めします。 From check-in to check-out, we received warm and thoughtful service. Located near the center of Hanoi's Japanese town, it's extremely convenient. There's a kitchen and a washer/dryer in each room, which is very convenient. The building is old, but it's cleaned thoroughly every day and is very clean. I think this is a great hotel for your stay in Hanoi and highly recommend it.

Our 4th stay at Myrcella and likely going to be the only hotel we choose for trips to Hanoi. The studio is extremely clean, and simple but modern decor. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and an easy 15 minute taxi ride down to the Old. quarter.

Great little spot to stay in Hanoi. There is a cafe on 1st floor, they offer breakast. Coffee is good and they have a nice tea variety. They have combos at a good price and delicious scones and pastries. I like the sourdough toast as they serve it with homemade jam. The staff are lovely always! The toasts were delicious with a very interesting combination of ingredients.

지난번에 이은 두번째 숙박. 위치 좋고 빠른 체크인. 방상태도 청결하고 세탁기와 식기도 있는 레지던스형 숙소입니다. 그러나 아쉬운점은 이번 룸에는 침대 옆 나무 테이블과 벽 틈으로 개미가 줄지어 다니고, 일부는 침대위로 기어 다니기도 했습니다. 방역만 신경쓴다면 여전히 좋은 숙소입니다

2度目の利用です。1フロアに2部屋で今回は最上階8階に泊まりました。エレベーターホールでの話し声が部屋の中でも聞こえる感じです。利用者は気にした方が良さそうです。

チェックイン間近になると、メールとWatsApp経由でいろいろホテル側から連絡があり、安心でした。当日ですが、予定されていた部屋の設備不良から、別棟（apartment）への移動を要請されました。地図も送ってくれて無難につけました。部屋は広く、設備はミニマムですが、快適でした。バスタブだけでシャワーカーテン無しなので、浴室が水浸しになる問題はありますが、浴室自体が広いので、大きな問題はなかったです。場所はリンランの市場の横で、コンビニやレストランも数軒あり、とても便利です。Grabを数回呼びましたがホテルのエントランス横付けで来てくれました。また、泊まりたいと思いました。
