It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. I had a business trip in Hanoi for one week and I decided to stay at this hotel for 1 night. I didn't go wrong. First impressions are important to me and this place didn't disappoint, the location is less than one hour from the airport, close to a wide array of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Westlake. The hotel is posh, clean and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever found in a hotel and the view of the city was worth every penny. I stayed in the King studio which was quite spacious with plenty of storage space and conveniences. The price included breakfast which in itself was impressive. About the customer service: every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
