I really loved this spot - the staff are incredible and are so fun! The room was clean and had hot water (a must imo) albeit small. The location is perfect though, being right in the old quarter, yet being a hundred feet from a main road to hail a Grab or Taxi when the roads are shut down to cars at certain times. The restaurant that the hotel is attached to (The Kann) was so good! We ate there multiple times and were so delighted by the staff. The WiFi was quick enough to allow an online business meeting to happen while still having my wife and boy streaming on their phones while it happened. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Hanoi.

Overall, we had a very good stay. Despite a few unexpected issues, the staff and management were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. On our last night, the AC started dripping heavily around 2:30 a.m., getting some of our luggage wet and preventing us from sleeping. The staff responded immediately and helped us dry our belongings. They also kindly provided a complimentary airport drop-off as compensation, which we truly appreciated. The amenities were easy to access, and the staff were informative, cooperative, and always willing to help. We really appreciated their excellent hospitality and would confidently recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team!
