Romantic Waterfront Villa w/ Separate In-Law Suite. Wifi, Kayak, Pet-Friendly!

Waterfront three-bedroom home with master suite overlooking lake.

Two bedrooms and a Full Bathroom in the second floor, Master's Bedroom with King Size Bed, Guest bedroom with Twin Size Bed plus an additional Day Bed.
Another guest bedroom found in the 1st floor with Queen Size Bed and a Half Bath is found on the 1st floor. A pull out couch is available as well.

Studio/In-Law Suite with separate entrance: Twin Bed and Loft Bed (loft space is quite small; ideal for small children), full bathroom, kitchenette with coffee, dining table for 2 or could be used as a working table, sitting/reading nook, closet.

Tanning deck, two fireplaces, covered porches with fans on the first and second floor.
Lots of wildlife! Watch alligators swim by from the porch. View a huge variety of coastal nesting birds from the kayak and kayak off your own private dock. Full kitchen & laundry.

2.1 Miles from Charleston Southern University, and Trident hospital. 5.1 miles from the airport, 14 miles from the cruise terminal, 19 miles from the beach.

A small hiccup in cleaning
When we arrived at check-in time, it was apparent that the cleaners had not yet been there. A call to the manager/owner remedied the situation right away. The cleaners showed up while we sat on the back porch and relaxed. So we were not too inconvenienced. She did refund 1/2 of the cleaning fee. For the situation, she did very well in making it right for us.

Great space. 4 bedrooms - 2 with private baths. Great screened in porches and a sundeck. Right on the water. We saw (and heard) all sorts of wildlife. We brought 2 teens to visit a 3rd teen who is in Power school. Less than 15 minutes to the Student exchange.

Peaceful lake stay with amazing porches
Six friends and I stayed here for the weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. There is so much porch space to hang out on (screened in and unscreened), great bedroom space, and a kitchen where you can see out over the water. It’s a really quiet neighborhood and right next to a grocery store. You will probably see gators in the water!! Bnb was very clean, with a kitchen that was decently stocked with dishes so we could do our own cooking. Loved it, would absolutely come again!!

Needed a good cleaning
Location of property was convenient and being on the water was nice. House needed to be more thoroughly cleaned and there were many things that needed updating/repairs. Broken lampshades, peeling furniture outside, rickety bunk bed. Also had an issue with ants throughout the weekend that we had to deal with continuously. Overall ok but price did not match facilities.

Perfectly hidden quiet living
We enjoyed staying in this spacious home on a lakes backwater. As a visiting family it was easy to pick up a highway and be in Charleston, beaches or shopping in no time. The home is in a quiet set back area and a nice place just to relax in the evenings. Thanks again for allowing our dog, she is part of the family too! Definitely don’t overlook this place, just enough room for everyone.
