We vacation at Hampton Beach yearly with a large group(14 cottages this year). We stay close together on the 'Island Section' of Hampton Beach. Our cottage was clean and centrally located near our family members. We are a close walking distance to the beach and close to the boardwalk. The Patriot store is conveniently located at the end of the street along with a breakfast cafe. We plan on being back next year. ##### Rose D. No A/C, but plenty of room fans to keep things comfortable. Neighbors (Ben and Rosy) were great! Cheryl and Ted (owners) were a pleasure to work with. Communicative without being overbearing. The overall booking, communication, and taking possession were seamless.
