The game room and deck on the 2nd floor were key and my kids LOVED it. 1 block to the beach and a all the fun spots Hampton Beach has to offer. Only negative is you can hear some of the music from the bars late at night if you area light sleeper. We bring a white noise machine so it wasnt a huge deal for us. ##### Joel S. Location was very nearby the beach and all the main drag action. Loved the added security of the entry door. Very minor hold up was no entry door code was provided to gain access at arrival. Great location, comfortable, spacious for our toddlers and adults. Local restaurants right around the corner offered variety including gluten free options.
