We had a party of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Our kids enjoyed the rec room and played lots of ping pong. The house listing says it has hot tubs/whirlpool tubs, but really they are just the claw foot bathtubs in the regular bathrooms. Everything else was great! ##### Dorrie B. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The property was clean and comfortable. Feeding the goats was a bonus that our grandson enjoyed. The only negative is the property's location next to a busy highway and it really wasn't that bad. We would stay here again and recommend it. ##### Joy M. Plenty of rooms, beds and showers. Very comfortable. Large kitchen where multiple people can cook at the same time. Fun game rooms in the basement. We had a ping pong tournament.
