Do Not Book, Uninhabitable! We found this home hoping to stay for three nights during my son's basketball tournament. Within 10 minutes of our arrival to the property, we spotted two cockroaches, one in the dining room and the second in the first floor bathroom. I immediately moved my family to a hotel, contacted the host and VRBO. We provided them pictures of the roaches and requested a full refund as the house was uninhabitable. I was concerned for the health of my family and did not want to risk infesting my home as a result of roaches getting into our bags. After 6 days communicating with the host, they informed me that they would not provide a full refund. My family has rented vacation properties for over 10 years and this is the first time, I've ever had to leave a negative review. ##### Jamil H.
