for a hotel that was fairly full, the pool was ice cold. They know that they were having alot of room full but pool was not heated. Not good.

Quiet and clean, not a lot of parking at the front but more space at the back of the hotel. Took generally 15 min to get hot water which is terrible, they need to fix the hot water tank.

We stayed here for the Solar Eclipse of 2024. I chose this hotel specifically, since it gave us good options of highway access in order to decide where to go to find clear skies. We could head towards Niagara Falls, or go west, towards the smaller port towns on Lake Erie, which we eventually did. I was impressed with the level of service, the hotel staff always willing to help when we requested extra towels, blankets, etc. We were up one night in the lobby area as one of our group members was asleep, and the overnight manager even offered to make us fresh coffee. Overall, we had a great stay, and I will remember this trip forever, as we saw the beautiful Solar Eclipse of 2024! I even enjoyed having a couple of quick chats with the hotel staff about their own experiences in viewing the eclipse from the hotel parking lot, which meant a lot to me.

We stayed here for the family day weekend. All the staff were friendly. The hotel and room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to control the heat. The hotel was very quiet so we had a wonderful sleep. The full breakfast was incredible. Fresh and lots of options. The hotel is walking distance to Tim Horton’s, Wendy’s, Mc Donald’s, Taco Bell, and KFC. The hotel is located close to highway 403 for easy arrival and departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, excellent facilities (gym, pool, breakfast). Rooms were enormous and clean. Staff was excellent. Its on the outskirts of the city, so not any good walking areas, but right off the highway very convenient
