Avec l'aide de l'opératrice de chat hotel.com et de l’hôtesse de l’hôtel (qui parlait français) cela a pu être réglé avec efficacité mais nous avons perdu 1/2h. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."
