Nestled in the heart of of the city just off the Armdale roundabout, this is a perfect place to settle in for a relaxing visit. Let the calming sound of the bubbling brook in the back yard erase the daily stresses while you enjoy a private patio and charming shaded back yard. All the benefits of being in the city while feeling like you're at an isolated cottage, the open living/sleeping area with patio access provides an oasis of peacefulness. Beautifully decorated kitchen with top of the line appliances and a newly renovated bathroom with granite countertops. Several spacious storage closets in the kitchen, hallway, bedroom and living room and a private deck through the double patio doors with a gorgeous view of water. The apartment is located in the heart of Halifax with a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, the mall, nearby public transit and chocolate lake; along the water's edge just down the street following the water to Purcell's cove and the Armdale Yacht Club. Wonderful walking trail along the waters edge to the Armdale yacht club. The Dingle park is very close for hiking and picnicking by the water. Chocolate lake is a 3 minute walk away from the property. Walk to a few restaurants that have been around since the 1950's or earlier. Halifax shopping center and the Sobeys grocery store are a 15 minute walk away or less than a 5 minute drive. costco, theaters close by as well as downtown Halifax being a few minutes away. Walk to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Downtown Halifax is a 5 minute drive away. Catch the bus a 2 minute walk away.
