"This place is in a great area, especially if you want to see the Hanok village or take any historical tours. The room was clean and the host responded to my questions online quickly. She was friendly, and allowed me to keep my suitcase on a different floor even after checkout. I don't recommend staying for more than one or two nights, though. "We enjoyed our stay here. The host let us check in early which was very kind. Our room although small was perfect for a one night stay. Everything was clean and they provide you with a lot of toiletries including toothbrushes. Breakfast is in a shared room and consists of toast, jams, cereals and coffee and tea. The hanok is located in a great spot to explore by foot all the local amenities."

"I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. I liked that coffee was available anytime during the day. Hot water came out right away in the shower, and having Netflix and other TV options in the room was a great bonus. The staff were all polite and welcoming, and the hotel is in a convenient spot — about a 5–7 minute drive to Hanok Village. There are convenience stores like GS25 and 7-Eleven nearby, plus a Starbucks and several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed sheet. It felt like it had a waterproof layer that made it a bit warm when sleeping. Other than that, everything was great. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeonju."
