"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. "Beautiful boutique hotel at the heart of Brno old town. Can walk to almost all popular spots in town. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was great. Only cons: room (deluxe twin) is small and the bathroom space super tight for 2 ppl to share; breakfast buffet was ok but not as good as expected at a 5-star hotel. Next time probably won't eat at the hotel but explore local diners."
