The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. "I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. If you can stand the cigarette odor lingering on your pillow and blanket, this is the place. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place."
