« The property was quaint and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and some nice cooking supplies. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise and delicious. The washing area in the shed was great, sadly the clothesline was broken but the dryer worked perfectly. The back garden was very private and pretty. One downside was the windows were quite dirty and full of spider webs. The location is good if you have a car as no busses come to the area and taxis get a bit expensive. On a plus...

« Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers. »

The premise is clean, modern and smart, there is more than adequate space, it is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and a very nice shower, one issue is the minute hand basin, which barely big enough for it’s function. « The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. »

"Hotel well located, nice design, breakfast and food are nice, The desk people are not interested of anything, doing their job with no joy, no sympathy, it’s not lively, except for one waiter at the restaurant who served us at breakfast and lunch who was very nice and joyful Room nice but no AC…and 4th floor bit tricky to get there (not for everyone) Bathroom could be cleaned better (spotted hairs in the shower at arrival), and shower not clean the day after as well as the toilet"
