Also the beach is NOT a 3 minute walk. We timed it and it took a good 9 minutes. The bed linens needed to be re-washed. The mattress cover on the king bed had not been washed and there were urine spots. We washed them and it took them out. JP was very apologetic and brought us a gift card for our troubles. The condo is roomy and the 2 bathrooms comein very handy! Our rental was nice and the view of the Gulf fantastic. We had a small issue and our Host/Property Manager JP worked so hard to resolve for us. Our rental did not work out for our stay but thanks to JP, he offered another that we switched to asap. I have never had such a personal experience. He showed up to our initial property within a couple hours of our issue with the best attitude to help us. Thankfully he turned what could have easily been a bad experience into a fantastic stay.
