The Space This spacious two-story home features a grand great room with a wall of windows, maximizing your opportunity to enjoy the stunning views from the inside. The updated, fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, and the ample dining and living spaces ensure there's room for everyone to gather or spread out. The primary bedroom, located on the upper level, boasts a King-sized bed, a private bath with a jetted tub and stall shower, and, of course, breathtaking views of the Gulf. There’s also a cozy loft area with a Twin-over-Twin bunk, perfect for kids or extra guests. On the lower level, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. The King bedroom has its own private bath and also features magnificent Gulf views. The Queen room has access to a full bath, which opens both to the room and the hallway. The second Queen room and the bunk room share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making them perfect for families or groups traveling together. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for years and always love it. This is our 4-5 year at this specific home. Best views and the family loves it. Over the last couple years its a little sad to see that the property isn't being maintained well. The main bathroom ceiling has a significant amount of water damage, most rooms have large drywall cracks. Unfortunately we were welcomed by many many cockroaches which continued through the duration of our stay. Noahs Ark you can do better bc I've seen it. Reviewer Comments: We picked a hot time of year in the middle of a heat wave but in this house we never lost view of the beautiful beach. We also encountered jellyfish so we were not able to spend as much time in the ocean as we would have liked. The entire beachfront wall of windows allowed us to stay cool and still watch the waves, view the birds, and even spot dolphins. There were plenty of kitchen wares, towels, games, and books to enjoy. Location is a beautiful neighborhood about 25 miles from Gulf shores. Far enough away from the city to enjoy peace but close enough to go have some fun. The house manager, Linda, came over to help us with a remote control issue. She was very sweet and gave us recommendations for child friendly activities in the area. We went on the Sunny Lady Dolphin Cruise and it was really fun for kids and adults alike. I highly recommend Noah’s Ark beach house. Spent Labor Day weekend at Noah's Ark with a group of 11 ranging from 4 to 74 years old. The layout of the house was great for a group of our size and the location / ease of beach access couldn't be beat. The kitchen was very well stocked in terms of dishes and cookware, and the kids enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards found under the house. The house definitely needs some love and more attention to cleaning prior to check in. It's a big house, and hard to get everything, but there was literally a small pile of sand in the closet 6 inches from where the vacuum is stored. The bunk beds in the bedroom on the main floor need to be discontinued. There are several sharp edges on the metal frame that they cover with tape and or dishtowels to make safe. It's also extremely wobbly if anyone is on the top bunk. There were a handful of other small issues - leaky kitchen faucet, a few bugs, very saggy floors in some places, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views from the wall full of windows in the living room, but the condition of the house itself leaves much to be desired. ##### Kelsey A. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time staying at this location! Noah's Ark, has been our home away from home for our annual family beach trip. We absolutely love everything about the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need in the extra beverage refrigerator and icemaker is an added bonus! Everything in this house works, nothing is broken. We only had one small issue with the cable and the property manager, Linda, sent someone right over to have it fixed. I cannot express how appreciative and thankful I am for the communication that Linda provided to us throughout the trip. Other highlights, when this house says that it will sleep 14 people, they are not lying! If you've never stayed in this area, the house is located in Fort Morgan, if you're looking for an area with a lot of activity, this is not yet. But if you're coming to enjoy the beach, this is the perfect place. Not only is the house ready and set up to be lived in comfortably, But the amount of space you have underneath the house to put your all your cars in and the grill, it's a huge plus!
