This gated resort community features a brand-new spa with indoor swimming pool, steam, sauna, exercise room with weights, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas and the Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining. Enjoy private sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. Activities available for all ages make it the perfect family getaway! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus you're just a 13 mile drive from all of the great restaurants and family attractions that Gulf Shores offers! The room was clean, kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to cook and eat your meals there. The online listing details were a bit confusing/outdated and I wish there was a map of the property available in the room so you could easily locate everything. The indoor pool was closed a few times without warning/unknown reasons but that’s not a huge deal. Easy walk to the beach or pool from our room which was wonderful with 2 small children.
