    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 3rd floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, there is an additional sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for occupancy up to 12.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

    Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Memory Maker

Our family takes a trip together each year to make memories rather than exchanging Christmas gifts. This was by far our favorite. Accommodations couldn’t have been any better. Location was exactly what we were hoping for, right on the ocean front. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great vacation rental!!!!

We had a great trip and enjoyed this rental so much. So clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. So many extras you dont typically see in a rental like toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee, creamer and coffee filters, in the kitchen, ect. We will definately be back and would love to rent this condo again in the future. Felt like home away from home.

Just me and my bff of 52 years needed a girl trip. The condo was perfect. The deck parking right beside the door and the condo just steps beyond was ideal for us. The view was stunning. The beds and other furniture was comfortable and it was clean. Location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was astounding! It was absolutely beautiful. Overlooked beach and ocean. Beds were comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our Girls Trip

The condo was so beautiful and was accurately depicted. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6 girls. The pools, hot tubs and beach were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a condo in Gulf Shores. Our only recommendation would be to bring cookware along if you plan on preparing a meal for a larger group.

Perfect Spring Break trip

Very well-furnished condo with virtually everything we could have needed. Beach access is great. Condo had all of the necessities well stocked. We spent a ton of time sitting on the large balcony. The only very minor thing that I would improve would be that the internet speed was quite slow. Of course, we didn’t spend a lot of time online, but when we needed to get online, it was pretty slow. We are already hoping to come back soon and this condo willl be high on our list.

Best VRBO ever!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for the past month and it is by far the best VRBO we have ever rented. It is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! It was impeccably clean upon arrival. The view from the wide balcony is fantastic! Property manager, Michael, was prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving at the Beach!

Our family loved this piece of heaven on the beach! It is a great location and has an outstanding view of the beach and ocean from the master and living room. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a keurig. Everything was well stocked from washing materials to toys for the kids to play with. The outlets in the bedrooms work as long as the switch if on. The tv remotes were tricky but if we couldn’t get it to work, we watched our phones. The master tv worked fine on cable but once turned to prime, the picture never would come in clear but was fine. Our family will be booking this condo again in the future and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the Farley family for letting us stay in their beautiful home for Thanksgiving!

Loved that we were able to park right on the 3rd floor and walk right to our condo. Quiet surrounding, pleasant guest as well. This unit had everything we needed for our family vacation. We cook a lot when we come to the gulf and we didn’t need one thing. The grills on the grounds were bigger than I was expecting and we enjoyed our BBQ night. My brother and his family stayed on the 4th floor so we were close. The beds were very comfortable to me and I’m kind of picky. There’s not really anything I would suggest changing the owners have thought of everything. We even used the fitness center and it was great!

The ice maker was broken and the water only trickled out, but all was replaced the next day. Just a few minor things wrong, like bulbs not working over the oven, kitchen faucet loose and headboards in guest room loose and rickety. Beautiful views and overall a great place to stay. We were impressed with all the extra supplies in the kitchen. Would suggest night lights in the bathrooms!

Kitchen had extra things that we did not have to buy which was nice also! The area is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. Tennis and swimming available with hot tubs! Grounds and swimming area was kept clean. Our only complaint was the top blankets/ bedding needed a washing! Some decorative pillows on beds and couch were disgustingly dirty! People need to make sure their kids are not running around with food in these nice places. Cleaning crews need to be observant and I sure hope this stuff is washed or dry cleaned often. Batteries available for remotes would be nice. Whirlpool tub did not work in master bedroom. That was a slight disappointment but overall stay was nice.
