WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We come here as often as we can. Although it's a condo, it's small and seems individual and separate. We are right on the beach which is extremely awesome and they are always clean and have all of the things you would need. ❤️😊

Wonderful place

The room was super clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach. It was in a great part of town close to everything. The swing on the porch was amazing for early mornings or late night relaxing. I will definitely consider this place when coming to gulf shores again.

This cozy little condo is our favorite.

The view of the ocean from the porch swing is priceless. There’s no bedding for the pull out couch and the bedding for the master was awful so bring your own. Our 5th year to stay there and already planning for next year.

Perfect get away location.

This unit was perfect from the front porch swing to the easy beach access. Our goal was to relax, read, and enjoy the scenery. No other entertainment needed. Mission accomplished.

Cozy and peaceful

I booked this condo because of the swing and it did not disappoint. At first entry to the condo I was afraid it was going to be too small inside the bedroom but it was very cozy and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely come back to this sweet little gem 💜

Pretty Perfect

From the booking agent to the beautiful interior which was so clean. The swing over looking the small pool to the sand to the gulf was fantastic. Amber the agent was so kind when i was going to stay longer then with construction going on got me a refund. Cheers will go again.

Weekend away from life

Property was fine. Great spot on the beach. Just wish we knew that the beach was being restored while there. Bulldozers beeping around the clock. Couldnt enjoy the beach at the property. Would have gone elsewhere has we known.

Gulf Village - Room 107

This was the perfect little studio apt style room. The view was direct to the beach and ocean. It had a swing and table for outside enjoyment and entertainment. Nothing fancy, but all of your basic needs were met. The air conditioning was amazing in the living room, but didnt quite make it to the bedroom.

Great Location! Great view!

Loved direct view of Gulf! Great spot for 2 people, not 4. Obnoxious, long term renter from upstairs likes to frequently show up on the first level deck area in front of this unit. His loud phone conversations on the first level deck, not his own deck, were annoying. Could use a new couch and arm chair in unit, pretty worn.

Very nice!

We overall had a great experience. It is myself and my 7 year old daughter so plenty of room for the 2 of us. Couple of small things, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, nor did the outlet near the stove. The coffee maker also was inoperable so I wasn’t able to have morning coffee on the porch swing. The location and property are great. Small condominium complex that was all families. There was some construction noise as the unit next door is being renovated

Porch swing was amazing!

Condo was in a great location! We sat on the porch swing every morning & evening watching the waves. Condo was quiet (other than construction that was going on in adjacent condos). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great space for 2 people but would definitely be cramped with more. Sheets were not comfortable…pretty scratchy & not soft. The A/C filters needed to be cleaned to keep the condo cool & the dehumidifier didn’t look like it had been emptied in a while…it was really full. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Nice

Check in was difficult. We lost time off our stay trying to complete the check in process bc we didn’t receive the last step to check in email. Also, I came out the door once to find a guy sitting on the swing out front. That was weird. He said he lived upstairs and wanted a private place to read his book. He apologized and left immediately. Aside from that, it was a good stay. It’s a fabulous condo. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Great view with a nice Swing on a deck

We liked the view and location of this place a lot. I had a sprained ankle and really appreciated how close this condo was to the beach. Even better thing is you might not feel the need to go the beach when have this nice view form the Deck. This apartment is at the end of the balcony so you have total privacy on the deck. No one else is gonna walk between the deck and you condo entrance. Me and my wife enjoyed late night talks on this swing after putting our kids to bed. The location also helped us when my daughter showed symptoms of Ear inflection. We were able to have a quick visit to the doctor and come back to the beach in the same morning. The beds are a bit smaller for two adults. There wasn't any blanket for the couch bed. all over the place is bit smaller for than 3-4 adults but it was clean enough. We may come back again to this place just for the location and view while our kids are small.

Slight Hiccup on check-in

The property was as described and I had a wonderful time. It was just me there and it was roomy enough for me. It was by far the closest I have ever stayed to the beach. Down a flight of stairs across the walkway and sand between your toes. Having coffee every morning on the porch swing was fantastic with the ocean just right out in front of you. The property was under construction, but it did not interfere with my stay as I am an early riser and was on the beach before anything started. I ran into an owner of one of the condos and they told me the property also had a pier on the lagoon and that was nice. The cons; I had an issue with the code that I was given to get into the condo. I was on hold for 50 mins trying to get it sorted out. After a long drive and sitting out in the cold, I was upset by that. The entrance to the property was difficult to see at night and understanding the flow of traffic was difficult as I could not see any arrows on the pavement. In the daylight it was fine. I brought my own keurig as a previous reviewer had stated there was not one. Oh, and the toilet either needs to be tightened down, or advertised as an authentic ocean experience as it sways with every movement like a boat on the ocean. The place was clean and I would for sure stay here again. I just wish the management company was better at communicating if you ran into an issue.
