Our group size of 14 moved around comfortably, there was ample seating for meals. Plenty of cups, plates, silverware, and towels. We wish that there were more pots, and bigger bowls to accommodate our bigger size group for meals that we cooked. Pool and outdoor area was perfect, and the very short walk to the beach made not staying beachside perfect! Our group took the ferry to Dolphin island, played mini golf, and watched the Blue Angels practice (free event). The Aviation Museum is a totally free event and so worthy of the 40 minute drive. The condo was clean, very modern and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning with coffee. We loved the heated pool. We swam almost everyday we were there. The beds and linens were very comfy. The kitchen well stocked. The host was very accessible and prompt. A storm had rolled through the night before and tripped many breakers throwing out the internet and messed up the pool. The host sent a pool service out immediately to clean the pool and helped with the internet issue. All of this was out of their control due to the weather. Would recommend blinds in addition to curtains in the bedrooms for a little more privacy. Also there was not a wine opener…. We left ours for the next guests. Event sent us a brand new highchair via Instacart once we realized the home did not have one (as posted). Top notch communication and service!Slight downside is the fact it sits on a very busy main road; which is only feet away from the pool. The 6 bedrooms were more than enough, we even had extra beds, all bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, pool side grill was a perk. We were just a short stroll from the beach and a few miles from all the popular locations. The property manager, Emile, was quick to respond via text to any questions. However, the sheets/blankets on the pull out sofa and the queen bed in the bunk room had blood on them and they were dirty. The upholstered furniture in the family room is very dirty. Needs cleaned!! The furniture on the outside patios are nice but very dirty. There was lots of trash around the pool area. The sitting area by the pool is filthy. The area rug needs thrown away. The furniture cushions are very dirty. We didn't spend time out there because of the filth. The freezer in the kitchen does not work. We had to keep all our frozen items in the freezer by the pool. Overall, it's a nice place just not adequately cleaned inside and outside but mostly outside. Liked the close proximity to the beach and the easy beach access. We were very pleased having a private pool. The stairs made it a bit difficult for older people to get heavier items inside, but that is unavoidable in beach properties. Pack lightly. The property was nicely decorated and sufficiently large enough for our group of 13\. We loved the big table where we could all sit together to dine.
