Come to beautiful Gulf Shores and enjoy the many conveniences of home but with a much better view in this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queens and 1 king. The unit is located on the third floor with elevator access or an easy walk up the stairs. It has FREE wireless Internet and a well stocked kitchen. The living area, and the bedrooms are quite spacious. There is a private balcony with a spectacular view of the pool, and the beach. Don't miss out on the convenience of this great property! Sister property 203 is also available for rent. This is a Non-Smoking~Pet Free unit. There is no washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available on each of the 3 levels. The cost is $1.50 per load and take debit or credit cards. There is covered and outside parking areas so parking should never be a problem. Parking is $50/car. There is a large common area with built in grills are your disposal. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. Come visit the lovely beach town of Gulf Shores, Alabama! It is a much loved spot for families and friends. Enjoy the many restaurants, entertainment, and shopping options. Nice condo

We have stayed at the condo before and very much love the location in Gulf Shores. The low density complex and the location to the beach is perfect! The ceiling fans could stand to be updated to larger/better functioning ones. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was super clean! Perfect for our family. Location was amazing, loved the Italian restaurant across the street. Only problem the VRBO site said the amenities included a hot tub and that was not the case, but wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Spring Break Vacation

Brought my kids down for Spring Break. First time visiting Gulf Shores. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, everything we needed to fix breakfast and dinners. Perfect location. Walking distance for shopping and eating. Beach was beautiful! Definitely would stay here again.

Surprise Birthday Trip

It was a last minute birthday trip for my daughter and it was perfect. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach with a great pool for cooling off after being in the sun all day. The owner was awesome to work with and was very accommodating! We will definitely be returning!

Gulf shores family trip

This was our first trip to stay in this condo, second trip to gulf shores and staying at Southern Sands. We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Only complaint I had, was we did run out of bath towels pretty quickly and had to do a load of laundry but wasn’t a big deal! Also, had to grab more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. So if you’re staying here, maybe bring extra! (: other than that, all in all 10/10 recommend!

A Family Gathering

The best deal on the beach. Dead in the middle of everything Beach View! Private Pool and Private Parking. No packed 20 floor condos with one elevator. This is a big deal for me. The condo was perfect. 2 Bedrooms. My Sister & My brother in law came down and they stayed in the 2nd room. We had more than enough room! Great WiFi. I did have to do some work and this was a great help. We had a smart TV in the den. So we could watch our Netflix & other TV apps without any trouble. If you really want to have some fun, call Pelican Boat rentals in Orange Beach. We rented a pontoon and spent all Saturday riding around in the inter coastal going to FloraBama, Pirates Cove and all the fun Spots. We had the best vacation. Great communication with owner, Susan Borden is an Absolute Angel! We will definitely be coming back. Already looking at going back in August! If you are like me and you have looked at 100 places and you aren’t sure. TRUST ME!! This is the place!

Great Location

The property is in a great location. It was clean and right on the beach. You are a short walk from The Hangout and numerous other restaurants. Transaction and communication went smoothly with the property owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic week celebration of birthdays. Great location to everything. Beach access just past pool, wish there was a pier. Great condo for our 3 people, could fit 6. Easy check in/out. Loved nightly live outdoor music across the street. The weather was wonderful, only rained one day & it was nice. We are already looking at when we can return.

Very comfortable and homey!

Some of the most comfortable bedding we have ever slept on condo was very nice. Always enjoy the white sands in Gulf Shores. Enjoyed our stay we plan on coming back.

Gulf Shores in July

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. This condo has a partial but sufficient view of the beach over the pool area. It is conveniently located to restaraunts, entertainment & shopping. The entire family loved the trip & location.
