Recent upgrades include a redesigned living room with professionally selected furnishings, including an Italian leather sofa, swivel chairs, and a leather recliner, updated outdoor balcony furniture, and a refreshed second bedroom now featuring two twin beds that can be positioned together for added space and flexibility. Updated photos reflecting these living room, balcony, and bedroom upgrades will be added in May 2026. This home has been carefully furnished with comfort in mind and reflects the feel of a well maintained second home rather than a typical full time rental. My family and I (wife and two children ages 8 & 12) spent a little over a week in this condo in mid-April and could not have been happier. Weather was beautiful and all of the wonderful beach items in the closet on the balcony really cut down on the number of items we needed to travel with.Unit was nicely decorated, bedding was very comfortable, everything worked, internet was quick when I needed to do a little remote work on my laptop, and everything was very clean. Before our stay the host was great with communication and got us everything we needed well in advance of our trip. Highly recommended! ##### Will W. Ocean house complex is not the same though. Have been going 20 years, beach is now eroding, security is rude to tenants about the most meaningless things.
