Ideal location

Relaxing on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf is a great experience. It was nice to be in a less hectic area with such easy access to beach. Enjoyed walking the beach and state park trails.

Perfect view

I love the location, being beside the state park means the beach is not as crowded and you can get to restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach easily. The condo was nice and the owners were readily available for questions and concerns.

Very nice

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy walk to the beach during hurricane Helene my boys ages 4 & 7 were very satisfied with the pools. Would definitely stay here again.

Early Spring Break “March”

If you want a nice quiet place to take young kids on Spring Break outside of the High School hustle this is the place and Beach to do it at!Condo owners are Exceptional and the atmosphere is perfect. Only 1 hour from the USS Alabama and the Nature park is just down the road.If you like to walk to areas it is 1.2 miles from all the nightlife you could want!

We love the location of Royal palms and the seclusion to the left of the property. The unit fit our family nicely. Loved not having to go to a separate location to check in

Great location and clean. Small annoyances (bright light coming in bedroom window and ice maker not working.) Great place for a family of 4, 2 nice bunk beds for kids.

What a great spot!

This was a very clean rental! And the location was perfect for us, on the quieter end of the beach by the state park. It was still pretty easy to walk to dinner each evening. The indoor and outdoor pools were great when we needed a break from the beach. Comfortable bed, and we really appreciated the nightlights in the bathrooms.

Beautiful view

The view at this condo is unbelievable. A must see to believe. In addition this was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The place is remarkable. Highly recommend.

Beach trip before knee surgery

This property was nasty when we got there had to clean the showers the counter top take out the trash and clean the toilets the front balcony was nasty and there was dog hair in the living room the balcony chairs were cheap and we're definitely too low so you had to look through the bars to see the ocean I will say the condo had good water pressure and a good coffee machine the bed was old and too hard and the sheets were something that my grandmother might have put on this condo has so much better possibilities than what we experienced

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Beach is not crazy packed and you have plenty of room. Everything is close and easily accessible. The only thing I had a problem with is the supposed “beach storage” that the complex has. DO NOT use it. People allegedly believe it’s a lost and found or communal beach equipment. All of our beach stuff we stored there on the first day was gone when we came to get set up on the beach. My kids were devastated. I was able to get our beach chairs back and a couple of sand toys but lost multiple scoops, shovels, nets and water toys. Other than that experience, we enjoyed the condo.

Review

Stay was very good. Had everything you would expect in the room. Only negatives were minor. Smoke alarm went off several times in the middle of the night for no reason. Facility gym only had two treadmills and not a gym. Wifi was not good and made it very difficult to communicate with our baseball team for updates or look things up while in the room. Some of these things may not apply to everyone. Overall it was good but feel the price point is a bit high compared to other that stayed closer to the main part of the strip.

Perfect Quiet Location

We just enjoyed Spring Break here and we had the best time! The location of this place is perfect- it’s right next to the state park which gave us plenty of room on the beach as it filled up. We were also located a bit away (but still walkable for us) from the busier part of Gulf Shores so it was quiet and felt very safe. The hot tub at this place is the hottest one I’ve ever been in which was nice coming out of the cooler ocean. We enjoyed the layout of the condo as well. One thing to consider is the bunk beds are shorter than regular beds so our 14 year old was not the right size but simply slept on the pull out couch. Communication was excellent with the owner, very prompt and friendly. The supplies on site were nice. Very nice bath towels and some nice beach towels available too. They really had everything. If you go for a longer stay, you may also want to consider bringing some extra dishwasher soap. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Overall good

Nice overall. Good location. We did find a pair of socks in the sleeper couch so that was a little off putting. Shower rods were rusty along with the drain stopper in one shower. Refrigerator needed to be wiped out. Balcony furniture and balcony decor is rusty and definitely needs to be replaced. Lastly, I think it would be helpful to advertise that you’re going to make people leave the temperature at 72. Some people are hot natured and this isn’t a comfortable temperature for everyone. Other than these few things, we enjoyed the condo and the area.
