Great location, ocean so close, sound of waves is awesome

Beautiful white sand beach, no bugs so can leave patio door open all night and let sound of the waves rock you to sleep. Great place fully outfitted with everything you need to move in and relax.

Beautiful property!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater 62. The property was very nice and comfortable. The balcony view was amazing! Also we liked that the property was close to the beach and to the parking lot. Everything was very convenient for us. Loved it!

On the beach!

This property was fantastic! It was right on the beach like it says it is! The view is amazing! It was very well furnished and stocked! The master bedroom stays a bit warmer than the rest of the condo but with that view it was worth it!

Family vacation

Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

Magnificent and interruption

The condo was perfect Homey. Comfortable and spacious. Bender Realty was not aware of the construction going on which was very loud. It went on for 5 days of my 7 day stay. All in all i would love to stay again. Just walking on the beach and of course listening to the waves. Very relaxing

Edgewater 62

Excellent location to various activities. Beach accessibility was better after we were given the code by another guest in the condo. 2nd bathroom was small and difficult to get into shower tub. The owner showed up on our last night upset that we were there. Said we inconvenienced them. Nice kitchen area and beach overlook. Would consider this location again.

2021 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and amenities of the condo were just what we needed. A lot of our family was staying at a house up the beach, but we wanted a little quiet retreat at night. This worked out perfectly! The ladies in the Bender office are all SO nice, professional and helpful. Also, we had a little AC glitch when we got there, which was taken care of by a wonderful man very quickly. I definitely recommend Bender for future vacation rentals.

Vacation 2023

Room was supper nice and plenty of space. The ONLY down fall I have, is the air conditioning. Which I totally get they are cost saving, but if you open any of the main doors such as the front door or the doors to the balcony it cuts the air off. Also, the room has motion detectors and I am thinking the air cuts off if your not in the room. Not sure of that. The master bedroom gets really stuffy compared to the rest of the condo. Other than that, great place and great view.

Great Location

Overall the condo is nicely decorated with great views. Big bedrooms and nice balcony. Cleanness was just ok. Bathroom floors didn’t look throughly clean and I found a couple of pots I had to wash before using due to food caked on there. Saw some strange bug and hair in the bed first night there. They are very limited on supplies. No coffee filters let alone coffee. I have a Keurig at home so wasted expense there. No salt pepper nothing. Very little dish soap. I had to buy more and no dishwasher soap at all. Also bring toilet paper and paper towels. Not much of that either. No clock. The air shuts off if outer balcony doors are open do no hearing the ocean when you sleep. Small washer dryer and can’t use both at once. Buy your own supplies for that too. Overall it was nice but most likely won’t come back.

Bender was great, the condo not so much...

Let me start with the management company; Bender Reality. They were terrific. They responded quickly to questions and concerns, took care of issues, and maintained a great attitude through it all. I would gladly stay anywhere managed by them! The condo, on the other hand, wasn't the greatest. There was dust everywhere. Thick dust. Under the beds were so dusty, when I pulled my bag out from under the bed it brought several large gobs of dust with it. The master bedroom bed not only had dust, buy a good handful of what looked like milk duds as well. The toilet wasn't properly bolted to the plumbing and we had to contend with all of us using the master bedroom toilet for a couple days while we waited for the condo owner's plumber to arrive. Also, one side of the toilet had quite a bit of old urine on it. Much of the cookware was worn out, damaged, and unusable. Basic items such as a spatula were missing. If we go to Gulf Shores again, we will definitely stay in a property managed by Bender, but it won't be this condo.
