The beach front glass enclosed balcony is an incredible spot to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from both living room and master suite. Condo needs updating, guest bath needs to be fixed - faucets were hard to get shower working. DvD player did not work in guest room and no other way of watching anything. A week prior to our arrival we were told that we wouldn't be able to open our balcony doors due to being screwed shut being last minute we were unable to find another place to stay they promised a discount due to the inconvenience. Still awaiting refund we were promised. We did have a great view of the gulf which is an absolute plus but the not being able to open the balcony takes alot away. The rooms in my opinion stayed fairly warm and definitely would need a fan brought or ceiling fans put in. The condo also wasn't properly cleaned. In both bathrooms there was hair in the floor and the trashcan in the kitchen still had food in it. A few days into our stay there was alot of rain and the parking lot was flooded. Around 11:30am they began pumping the parking lot into the gulf and this took place for several hours making the water black where my children and others were swimming. This was done a couple of days. There is also several areas in the breezeway that is beginning to fall apart. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was alot of things I could overlook but the pumping waste into the gulf is something I couldn't. I will not stay here again. I am very displeased with how this was done. ##### George L.
