This non-smoking property is available for monthly rentals November to March 1. Two (2) car maximum allowed. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
