Beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a gated community with a private heated pool. This 4700sqft home has very large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (can fit pack n plays!). Elevator, grill, and much more! Family friendly, PET friendly, and we offer luxury services for food delivery, baby, beach necessities! Magnificent sugar sand beaches and ocean views every floor.
Unique Benefits of this home: Since the property is in a Gated subdivision (we will give you the gate code!), we all share in the amenities of the subdivision on the property including a large community pool and gym. Our home comes with a private heated pool (not a hot tub!) and three decks to soak up the sun. We also recently add an arcade room with foosball tables, two professional arcade machines, and a kids air hocky table. We are excited to continue to update and improve our home so that our customers will want to come back to a better product every year.
If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks restaurant, right across the street, and 3 other restaurants and stores close by. We normally walk to Tacky Jacks from our home when we are there. Plan about a 5 min walk time.
If you want major outlet shopping or more night activity, Downtown Gulf Shores is 18 miles East. Although Downtown is 18 miles away, we want to be very clear and transparent that you will need to budget about 30 min driving there and back based on traffic and distance. If you want to plan a trip to Foley which is further North, plan for a total of 45 min. Our home is in a great remote spot away from crowds so expect longer drive time. However though, there are many restaurants now closer than downtown and several markets for basic food and pantry items. We are only 1 mile from Ft. Morgan and the Ferry to Dauphin Island.
We are excited to offer you luxury services at our home! What this means is there are three additional services you can purchase for our home to truly make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. The services are a grocery deliver, baby or child items, and all beach equipment anyone would need to enjoy the beach.
1) Grocery - simple order what you want via a Kroger or Walmart pick up and our staff will delivery and stock all of your groceries in the home before you arrive. I cannot tell you have amazing it is to arrive and have all of your grocery or staple items already there and ready for you to enjoy. We highly recommend this.
2) Baby/Child - are you stressed about gates, highchairs, or pack n plays? Simply tell us what you want, and our staff will provide. Whatever you need (within reason!) to ensure your child has a sleeping arrangement, chair, or gate, our staff will provide. This can drastically reduce the amount of space required to pack when you do not have to bring a crib with you. Talk to us and see what is possible. Anything Walmart carries, for example, is available for you and will be dropped off at the home before you arrive.
3) Beach - don't want to bring a tent, chairs, boards, etc? Our beach service option will provide you and your family with whatever you need to have the best time without having to worry about bringing all of your beach accessories with you. For any guest who rents in June & July will provide this beach accessories service for free! Please let us know if you are interested and we will customize what you need to ensure it is delivered at the home before you arrive ready to use.
