Two Beaches Just Steps Away! EVENTIDE is a newly constructed, Fortified Gold, fully custom beach home with all the amenities. This Coastal Modern home is the ideal layout for multiple families—it’s the perfect home for 6 couples with children (and grandchildren) who seek deeded Gulf beach access along with exclusive access to the waterfront tranquility of Little Lagoon. The main level features 12’ ceilings and 10’ tall sliding glass doors that offer expansive waterfront views. This magnificent home boasts 6 king bedrooms with private baths -- 2 of which are master suites that offer walk in showers, dual shower heads with separate controls, (a separate soaking tub in one master bath), and walk-in closets. The interior design and furnishings will leave a lasting impression. In addition to the 6 master bedrooms, which sleep 12, Eventide has 2 additional bedrooms with quad bunks PLUS an open quad bunkroom that shares a bath. These additional bedrooms, along with 2 luxury pull out beds in the family rooms, offer space to sleep an additional 16 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with large smart TVs, there are two extra-large smart TVs in the family rooms and built-in surround sound in the main family room. These two spacious family rooms (one on each floor) along with an expansive deck overlooking the peaceful waterfront offer plenty of space for your entire party to stretch out and relax. Both family rooms feature wet bars with beverage refrigerators and ice makers. Dining in? We have you covered! The spacious kitchen has dual gas ovens and ranges with 60” of cooktop space that is professionally ventilated. You’ll also have dual, full-sized, refrigerators and dishwashers. Need more cooking space? Move to the outdoor kitchen and sear steaks, veggies or roast a turkey on the large gas grill (gas bottles not required!). Eventide has everything you will need to prepare wonderful meals for your entire party. Not only is the home perfect for families with children, Eventide's layout can also accommodate a variety of groups like sports teams, corporate retreats, church groups, concert goers, wedding parties, and family celebrations. There is covered parking for 8 mid-sized cars and additional parking along the private driveway. The home is equipped with an elevator there is plenty of storage for your beach and lagoon gear in the guests’ storage closet located at ground level. The Gulf beach is just steps away! Exclusive beach access is across the street from the home. This area of West Beach is very low density so the cars are few and far between. The beach itself is never overcrowded because of this location – there are no condos or public parking in this area of West Beach-- the beach is private to homeowners and guests. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy peace and quiet while watching the sunset over Little Lagoon on the 1000 sq. ft. deck which features a heated pool (see below for daily rates for heating), an outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for alfresco dining. Or, you may choose to skip the ocean and enjoy a peaceful day at your own 100' private sandy beach and a swim or soak in the clear, eventide and sandy bottom of Little Lagoon. The pool's dimensions are 10' x 20' and the depth goes form about 3' to around 5'. Little Lagoon is the best kept secret in Gulf Shores! It offers clear, shallow and calmer waters than you usually find at the gulf which makes it the perfect spot for stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming /water play, sailing dinghies or sandcastle building. \*\*\* NOTES ON THIS PROPERTY \*\*\* Pool Heating The pool can be heated to a maximum of 86 degrees. This service is by request in advance at $75 per day and must be for length of stay. This fee is subject to change due to fluctuating energy prices. Simply contact the property manager to request the pool to be heated any time after making the reservation but at least a week before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. General notes, rules and regulations: We provide a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. This should be enough for your first day but please plan to bring or purchase the following items: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. (Before you purchase beach chairs, take a look in the guest closet as there may be some beach chairs there that were left by previous guests). Be sure to reserve your watersports rentals in advance! There are several local rental companies that will deliver and pick up kayaks, SUPS, etc. Parking on the street is not permitted by local ordinance. Please park under the house or in the driveway only. Please stay off the dunes except to access and leave the Gulf beach and remove personal items from the Gulf beach each day. Also, please refrain from parking in the sand along the driveway. We require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, no exceptions. Noncompliance with this rule will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Though we love our furry friends, pets are forbidden. Notes on Weddings: We require payment of a cash damage deposit of $3,000 which is refunded minus the costs of any damage found. It is required that your event be catered and cleaned, inside and outside, immediately after the event. We will verify this by asking you to send us your catering and cleaning arrangements and contracts. The bunk beds in the open area was being counted as a bedroom. We had to re-think where we were putting everyone once we got there and discovered that. But we made it work. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Super location away from crowds. We had 7 couples and a million (felt like) children. Ages were 1 to 88\. There are two additional ice makers (not including the refrigerator/freezer) was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The only thing thing seemed strange was there were no extras (garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc.) Not a dig at the owner just plan on having everything you need. The house was everything we hoped for. Large comfortable areas for family to be together. The lagoon was more than we expected and we preferred it to the ocean . Very shallow and great for little ones and grown ups as well. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is modern and new which we loved. Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. This house was perfect for me, my kids and grandkids, a total of 15\. The house is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and so nice for our large crew, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We did verily little other than enjoy this beautiful home and the pool. Charles the owner was prompt to respond to our questions. He is a great host. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was spotless upon arrival—very clean and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice for guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Charles is great and is great at responding quickly. This house was perfect for our family getaway! There were 19 of us and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone loved it. With so many of us, we had planned ahead and came prepared to cook every meal and this kitchen has everything we needed. The dual stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers were so helpful and we loved the outdoor cooking area. Top end appliances and beautiful decor throughout the house. Having an elevator was a major plus! The beach access was challenging for my 82 year old mother but being directly on the lagoon made up for it. Beautiful views from every room in this house. I just can’t say enough great things about it. We loved it and hope to return again in the future! ##### Karen H. The house was perfect for our family of 12! The elevator was a lifesaver with luggage and groceries!Charles was always helpful answering any questions that I had promptly. The lagoon and pool access are the best parts of this home. We love watching the kids play from the living room. The kitchen is super well equipped and having a gas grill is an awesome addition. We stayed here with our 4 adult children, their spouses, our grandkids and close family friends. We had a fabulous week! The house accomodations were outstanding with enough private bedroom suites. Each adult couple had their own comfortable suit with king size beds. The grands loved their bunkroom. The bedroom suites each had a fullsize TV and fabulous showers. The main area was more than adequate to accomodate everyone in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was made for large groups with the ability to prepare meals. We prefered to eat in rather than deal with a large group at a restaurant. We all chipped in and arranged for a private chef to stay with us. She was definitely impressed with the kitchen accomodations and was able to prepare full meals without any problem. (all the available cookware and utensils were present)We originally thought the pool might be a little small but the grands had so much fun splasing around. the beach access was close enough that we walked to it almost every day. Furnishings and bedding are exquisite. The location of home lends itself to a peaceful and tranquil vacation. Beach is literally across street. We enjoyed the tranquilness and view of lagoon. Kids can stay upstairs in their own living space. Linens were plentiful and kitchen had every imaginable gadget. We stayed mid-May, pool did not need to be heated. Owner very communicative prior to stay, easy check in. Had zero issues for our stay. Will definitely stay again. ##### Susan W.
